CPS Caseworker: New Braunfels Boy's Genitals Mutilated

A Child Protective Services caseworker testified in a Comal County courtroom Tuesday that an 8-year-old boy's genitals were mutilated by his mother's boyfriend. The caseworker testified during a hearing that the boy told her that Ray Fiero (pictured, left) abused his genitals as punishment for bad behavior. Fiero also allegedly tied the boy to a bed and ordered the youngster to spend timeouts in a doghouse, the caseworker said.Posted by stupefied
