McLain was arrested last April when he solicited what he thought was a young mother with two daughters, aged 7 and 10, over the Internet and set up a meeting with them at a Tinicum hotel. In reality, the woman was Detective Michele Deery, whom McLain contacted over the Internet on March 26, 2003, asking her if she had similar sexual interests.
