Graterford guard accused of sex with prisoner

A female corrections officer has been charged with performing a sex act on a male inmate last month at Graterford State Prison. Kelly Iona Rozier, who turns 35 today, was arrested by state police at Skippack on Tuesday and charged with institutional sexual assault. Rozier, of Philadelphia, is accused of performing the sex act on the inmate Dec. 5 at the prison in Skippack Township.Posted by stupefied
