Mother arrested after fleeing with officer's ticket book

"When Officer Shockley attempted to obtain Taylor's signature on the citation, Taylor grabbed the ticket book and related to (him) that she was not going to stick around and (that) she had to get her child to school," CHP public affairs Officer Tom Kerns said. At that point, Taylor – whose 5-year-old son was riding in a safety-seat behind her – allegedly took off again, continuing on to the west as Shockley gave chase with his emergency lights and siren activated. At Rancho Diegueno Road, the fleeing woman stopped for a red light and threw the ticket book out the window before driving off again, Kerns said.Posted by stupefied
