Boy, 13, indicted in attack on driver

A Leon County grand jury Thursday indicted the youngest teen charged in the Jan. 4 robbery, abduction and sexual battery of a pizza-delivery driver. Earnest Dobbins, 13, was indicted on charges of armed robbery, carjacking, kidnapping and sexual battery by multiple perpetrators. Dobbins was a sexual offender at age 11, state Department of Juvenile Justice records show. Circuit Judge Nikki Clark ordered Dobbins moved from juvenile detention to the Leon County Jail, where he will be held without bail.Posted by stupefied
